HLS 190IR Digital Cameras Series
Purpose
Cameras with linear InGaAs image sensors are aimed for operation as a registration system in near-infrared region of a spectrum in the wavelengths range from 0,9 up to 2,55 µm (depending on model) as a part of optical spectral instruments controlled by a personal computer of IBM PC class. In the cameras various InGaAs linear image sensors can be applied (see the table with technical characteristics).
HS 101H-HR and HS 101H Digital Cameras Series
Purpose
Cameras are aimed for operation as a registration system in the wavelengths range from 200 up to 1100 nm (depends on the model) as a part of optical spectral instruments controlled by a personal computer of IBM PC class. In the cameras image sensors of various types and sizes can be applied (see the table with technical characteristics).
Cameras can apply either one-step or two-step thermoelectric Peltier element cooling or no cooling at all (see the table with technical characteristics). Cameras HS 101H-HR provide high resolution due to the increased number of active pixels and their size being decreased down to 12×12 μm (number of pixels over the length – 2048, over the width – 122, 250 or 506).
HS 103H Digital Camera
Purpose
Camera is aimed for operation as a multi-element array detector or a linear detector in the wavelengths range from 200 up to 1000 nm as a part of optical spectral instruments controlled by a personal computer of IBM PC class.
Camera possesses a unique combination of high technical specifications such as: broad spectral range, high sensitivity (due to Back-Illuminated Technology) and moderate price. These reasons make the camera suitable for solving the majority of scientific tasks.
Camera can successfully replace linear detectors of older generation allowing the essential improvement of analytical properties of the spectral instruments.
