PTA-928 Single-Channel Detector
PTA-928 Detector is aimed for optical radiation registration in the spectral range from 185 up to 900 nm. The detector applies photoelectronic multiplier (PMT) of R928 type by Hamamtsu as a registration element. Due to PEM with lateral photocathode and active tube socket (type C6271, Hamamatsu), comprising a regulated high-voltage power supply and an active voltage divider, the detector is of small overall sizes, simple and safe in operation. |
PTM-7844 Single-Channel Detector
Photo-electronic multiplier 7844 (PMT-7844) – based detector is aimed for optical radiation detection in the spectral range of 185 – 900 nm. Cooled (with Peltier element) photo-electronic multiplier of H-7844 type by Hamamatsu is used as detection element in the detector. Due to use of PMT with a lateral photocathode and an embedded high-voltage power supply and active voltage divider, the detector is of small overall sizes, simple and safe in operation. |
SDA-010 Detector
Silicone photodiode – based SDA-010 Detector is aimed for optical radiation registration in the spectral range from 200 up to 1100 nm. The detector applies silicone photodiode FDUK-2 with a transimpedance pre-amplifier as a registration element. Being of a unique development technology photodiode FDUK-2 possess an extremely low dark current making SDA-010 Detector to be applicable at the room temperature without cooling.
