(EN) The Class I Large & Extra Large Enclosures are our most popular designs of all time. They are simple, rugged and versatile. If you are marking large parts or use one of our higher-powered lasers, this enclosure is a great choice. Despite the large size, it can be easily moved on a roll cart anywhere in your facility. It is also very easy to use. An external focusing diode makes creating a great mark on your part a breeze. There is also internal illumination to verify marking quality and viewing windows to monitor marking.
If your goals are to maximize ROI and give yourself the most versatility possible from your laser marker the large enclosure is the right choice for you.
(EN) Our new Class I Rotary Table Enclosure allows you to mark metals, plastics, ceramics, and more in a safe, efficient manner. Place materials to be marked in a fixture on the rotary table. While they are marked, the operator can unload and load the next batch of parts, increasing overall throughput and process speed. The Rotary Table Enclosure is class 1 rated, and is available with an optional fume extractor for materials that leave heavy particulates or noxious gases during marking. The rotary table rotation and marking is triggered using the two-handed tie downs and has safety light curtains to prevent interference while the table is rotating. An indicator lamp signals the laser is ready for marking, currently marking, or an error has occurred.
If your goal is to increase throughput while ensuring safety in high traffic areas, the Class 1 Rotary Table Enclosure is your solution.
(EN) The Class I Sliding Door Enclosure is designed for one in and one out part marking operations or small batches. The door slides to the right out of the user’s way to provide access to the marking area. An external aiming diode is used to find the focus quickly and easily. The Class I Sliding Door Enclosure accommodates the 100 mm (2.5” square marking area) and 163 mm (4.25” square marking area) lenses, is inexpensive and very user friendly.
(EN) The Class I Portable Travel Enclosure is a very simple design that allows for quick and easy setup and teardown. The enclosure features laser safety glass on three sides so the part marking can be viewed from any angle. It also includes a simple sliding door to access the internal marking chamber. There is an external aiming diode for quick and easy focusing along with a lab jack and breadboard if desired. Also, there are vents in the side of the enclosure for fume extraction if needed.
The UM-1 marker head mounts directly onto the top of the enclosure and can be packed in the case still mounted to the enclosure. The travel case has room for the laser marking system, enclosure, cables, and a laptop and weighs under 50 lbs.
(EN) The Class I Zen Programmable Z-Axis Enclosure is optimal for laser marker applications with varying part heights or those with irregular part geometry. Programming the Z-Axis is as easy as entering in the part height with the corresponding marking file. The linear actuator will move the laser marker head to the correct focal height and mark once it arrives. The Programmable Z-Axis Enclosure is class 1 rated and is available with an optional fume extractor for materials that leave heavy particulates or noxious gases during laser marking. The lightweight, upswinging door design and T-Slot base enable users to load and unload parts with ease and precision. There is also a mobile cart available for the Zen Enclosure to make the laser marker enclosure to port the laser around your facility.
If your goals are to simplify your laser marking process and ensure throughput and safety, the Programmable Z-Axis Enclosure is your solution.
(EN) Because not everybody is suited for a Class I workstation or has parts that fit into a Class I workstation, RMI Laser has developed Class IV Stands for use with our systems. These are an economical alternative, designed specifically for larger or longer part marking.
