Class 1 Portable Enclosure

The Class I Portable Travel Enclosure is a very simple design that allows for quick and easy setup and teardown. The enclosure features laser safety glass on three sides so the part marking can be viewed from any angle. It also includes a simple sliding door to access the internal marking chamber. There is an external aiming diode for quick and easy focusing along with a lab jack and breadboard if desired. Also, there are vents in the side of the enclosure for fume extraction if needed.

The UM-1 marker head mounts directly onto the top of the enclosure and can be packed in the case still mounted to the enclosure. The travel case has room for the laser marking system, enclosure, cables, and a laptop and weighs under 50 lbs.
